Biography
Hellen has an Advanced Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering from the Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology. Also a Holder of NEBOSH International Health and Safety in Oil & Gas Industry, NEBOSH International Health and Safety practical application and also Control of International workplace Hazard, She has also attended various Trainings including Occupational Safety and Heath, Risk Assessment in workplace from OSHA (Tanzania), Environmental Management form Chartered Institute of Environment Management (UK), Leadership Management from ILM, UK. Introduction to Incident Command System from Emergency Management Institute (USA), and Natural Occurring Radioactive Materials (NORMs) and Sealed Radiation Sources form Tanzania Atomic Energy Commission. She has about ten years of experience in Construction and Oil & Gas Industry as Health and Safety advisor and Administrative service in charge
